Complaints & Disputes

Should you have a complaint about your order or its handling please contact us by emailing klantenservicespam@apollanja.nl or call 0031 (0)515 700 230. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur, see www.webwinkelkeur.nl. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
